Your room air conditioner cools the air of the room normally but it does not dehumidify properly (poor dehumidifying)! The following is simple troubleshooting guide for you:
- Make sure you set the temperature as well as the recommendation of the owner’s manual of your unit. Set it properly and allow around 10-15 minutes for the temperature to establish (stabilize).
- Check the adjustment of fan mode! Set it from low to medium (in order to control the fan speed at the correct level).
